Born in Peshawar (Pakistan) in KPK province. Presently living in New York.

Middle and Matriculation from Edwards High School Peshawar city, Pakistan.
BFA and MFA from Peshawar University, Pakistan in 1985.
Diploma in Professional Photography from New York.
Joined Pakistan Television Corporation Peshawar Center as Set Designer.
Served Department of Art & Design University of Peshawar as Assistant Professor and Chairman of the department.
Inspired by the Persian old master Kamal-ud –din Behzad (A miniaturist). I also like the work of Shakir Ali, Abdur-Rehman Chughtai, Ghulam Rasool, Jamil naqsh in Pakistan. Leonardo da Vinci and Rembrandt are my favorite European old masters. Gary Tucker, Nitin Singh and Tim Wilmot are my favorite Water colorists.
Member of Art League of Long island New York and Huntington Arts Council.
Exhibited my work for so many times.
Won some local Awards like Gul Gee award and S.S. Hyder painting Award.
I have designed and executed cultural float for the Govt. of KPK for 23rdMarch (Pakistan Day) occasion at Islamabad (Pakistan) for so many years which used to be a big event of national level.
Designed Meelad Chowk ( square) at Naya Darwaza near Khan’s Club, Chowk Yadgar Peshawar, Pakistan.
